Basic £20,000
OTE: £55k
Battersea

I am looking for a driven, energetic Lettings Negotiator in one of SW London's leading Lettings Agencies in their Battersea office.

This agency is a growing Lettings Only Agency in SW London with multiple offices. They are looking for someone with some lettings experience who wants to push themselves to the next level to join their thriving Battersea Branch.

The Essentials: 
  • Basic Salary £20,000 uncapped commission structure

About you:
  • Have at least 12 months Lettings experience 
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Energetic, driven and hungry
  • KPI driven and motivated to exceed targets
  • Personable, friendly with ability to establish quick rapport with clients
  • Articulate and confident 
  • Smart, well-presented and professional in appearance and manner
  • Excellent communication skills
