About the Opportunity:
Due to continued expansion, we're looking for a driven Lettings Negotiator to join our award-winning estate agency and experienced lettings team. This is an exciting chance to develop your property career with a business known for its excellent reputation and results.

Key Responsibilities:

Register and qualify prospective tenants
Arrange and conduct property viewings
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with landlords
Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage
Ensure all office systems and service standards are met
Support the team in generating new business and identifying opportunities for growth

What We're Looking For:

Ideally, at least 1 year's experience in the property industry (lettings experience advantageous)
A can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, and eagerness to learn and develop
Ability to close deals and take ownership of your workload
Dynamic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own car (required)
Good knowledge of the local area (Liphook, Alton, Petersfield) and willingness to travel between offices as needed
