What you'll be doing:

• Leading and motivating your team to hit branch targets
• Driving profitability, market share and growth
• Conducting valuations, negotiations and delivering first-class client service
• Coaching your team with monthly reviews and development support
• Overseeing recruitment and ensuring the branch continues to thrive

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience managing a successful lettings branch
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• A natural relationship builder with excellent communication
• Organised, professional and driven to deliver results
• Full UK driving licence
