Lettings Manager - Kettering

On Target Earnings: £55,000 + Car Allowance

The Role
 
As Lettings Manager, you will:
  • Drive growth of the lettings portfolio and maximise revenue opportunities
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a dynamic team to achieve and exceed branch targets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery
  • Represent the brand in the local market as the go-to lettings expert
About You
 
We're looking for a motivated leader with:
  • Proven experience within the lettings industry, ideally in a management or senior negotiator role
  • Strong business development skills and a results-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • A full UK driving licence
