The Role
As Lettings Manager, you will:
- Drive growth of the lettings portfolio and maximise revenue opportunities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a dynamic team to achieve and exceed branch targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Represent the brand in the local market as the go-to lettings expert
We're looking for a motivated leader with:
- Proven experience within the lettings industry, ideally in a management or senior negotiator role
- Strong business development skills and a results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- A full UK driving licence
- On Target Earnings: £55,000
- Car Allowance
