Full-time | Permanent
Salary: £30,000
A well-established and highly regarded estate agency in Chelmsford is seeking an organised and proactive Lettings Coordinator to support a busy and fast-paced lettings department. This role is ideal for someone with previous property or administrative experience who enjoys keeping transactions moving smoothly from offer agreed through to move-in.
The Role You’ll be responsible for managing the progression and administration of agreed lets, ensuring a seamless experience for landlords and tenants. Key duties include:

The Role You’ll be responsible for managing the progression and administration of agreed lets, ensuring a seamless experience for landlords and tenants. Key duties include:
- Coordinating agreed lets from offer to move-in
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, negotiators, and contractors
- Managing referencing, right-to-rent checks, and compliance
- Overseeing paperwork, tenancy agreements, and key releases
- Updating systems and maintaining accurate records
- Resolving queries and keeping all parties informed throughout
- Previous experience in lettings, property, or a similar administrative role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of lettings legislation is beneficial but not essential
- Salary of £30,000
