Lettings Business Development Manager - Clifton, Bristol
Basic Salary: £32,000
Realistic OTE: £40,000 - £50,000 (Uncapped, with Team and Individual Incentives)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:45am-6:00pm | No weekends

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager to join a high-performing lettings team based in Clifton, Bristol, covering Clifton, the City Centre, Henleaze, and Westbury-on-Trym.

This is the perfect role for someone with property valuation experience who thrives on generating new business, building long-term relationships, and driving growth in a fast-paced, professional environment.
You'll play a key part in expanding the company's managed and let-only portfolios, securing new instructions, and helping to strengthen market share through strategic business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct accurate rental valuations and secure new landlord instructions
  • Generate new business opportunities and grow both managed and let-only portfolios
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with landlords and clients
  • Manage offers, negotiations, and landlord-tenant queries with professionalism
  • Oversee day-to-day operations within your area of responsibility
  • Implement local marketing and business development strategies to drive growth
  • Support and motivate others within the team to deliver exceptional performance
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, company standards, and internal processes
  • Contribute to a positive, service-driven team culture
  • Meet and exceed agreed KPIs and performance targets
About You
You'll be successful in this role if you are:
  • Confident, self-motivated, and passionate about property and people
  • Experienced in valuations, instructions, and negotiations within lettings or estate agency
  • Commercially minded, with a keen eye for identifying and developing new opportunities
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • A proactive team player who also works effectively under your own initiative
  • An excellent communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledgeable about current lettings legislation and compliance (or eager to learn quickly)
  • A holder of a full UK driving licence
