Area Lettings Director (Surrey & Sussex) 
Basic £50,000 - £60,000 DOE

Our Client is seeking a highly motivated Area Director to lead an area covering multiple branches within Surrey/Sussex. With an uncapped commission structure and the potential to earn over £100,000 OTE, this is a fantastic opportunity for career-driven individuals.

The primary goal of this role is to maximise the income and profitability of the area. You will be responsible for recruiting, inducting, training, managing, and leading your own team.
 
The ideal Area Manager:
  • Ideally an experienced Branch Manager or Senior Branch Manager seeking a new challenge
  • An inspirational leader capable of mentoring and managing a team daily
  • Demonstrated track record in generating new business
  • Resilient, proactive, and competitive, willing to work hard for results
  • Holder of a Full UK driving license
