Lettings & Property Management Manager - Farnham - Salary: Basic £25K GTEE £35K (1 year) + Bonus thresholds - Excellent long term career move. 
Our client is a well established independent agency who are looking at expanding their business, and, as a direct result of this expansion are looking for a Manager of the Lettings and Property Management department.
They are looking for an experienced, ARLA qualified Lettings Professional to help and support them as they expand the business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both Lettings and Property Management and will have experience in business development. 
The Key responsibilities of the role will be to:
  • Generate New Lettings Business and convert appraisals to instructions
  • To conduct viewings and process offers
  • Conduct the pre let checking process and create the let
  • To manage the property in accordance with current legislation
You will be working closely with the current business directors in developing the business and will be rewarded and compensated in bonus structure at growth thresholds. 
The directors have will formulate a package to compensate accordingly but the package will be circa £35K PA with bonus's linked to portfolio growth
