Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors — in person, over the phone, and via email
- Provide full administrative support to the lettings team
- Prepare tenancy agreements, renewals, and associated documentation
- Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and maintenance
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with lettings legislation
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure a smooth lettings process
- Support the team in delivering excellent service and maintaining high professional standards
- Previous experience in lettings administration or a property-related role preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
- Confident, approachable, and professional demeanour
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and lettings software (training provided if required)
