Salary: Up to £60,000 OTE

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Sales - Estate Agency to drive performance and growth for a highly respected independent estate agency based in Colchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on leadership, strategy, and exceeding targets in a fast-paced property sales environment.
The Role:
As Head of Sales, you’ll take full ownership of the residential sales department. Your focus will be on leading and motivating the team, managing the sales pipeline, and creating a results-driven culture that delivers outstanding service. You’ll work closely with senior management to shape strategy, improve processes, and identify new opportunities for growth.
