We are seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join the dynamic Cambridge City team and drive success in one of the county's most desirable areas.

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in managing high-value property transactions and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth individuals. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of high-end residential properties 
  • Negotiate offers effectively, ensuring the best outcomes for both clients and the company.
  • Deliver exceptional client service, maintaining the brand's reputation for excellence.
  • Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Keep up to date with local market trends and competitor activity.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven experience in an Estate Agency role.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the Cambridgeshire property market.
  • Professional, polished, and articulate with a strong sense of discretion and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a target-driven environment.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
