£40,000 basic  - £100K OTE +Benefits
 
An outstanding opportunity for a proven sales leader to take full ownership of a flagship Prime London office.
 
We are seeking a commercially astute and inspirational Head of Sales to drive performance, grow market share, and lead a high-performing team in Primrose Hill.

This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for branch profitability, people development, and exceptional client delivery.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Full P&L responsibility and delivery of all branch targets
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team
  • Driving instructions, negotiations, and sales progression to the highest standard
  • Using market insight and data to shape strategy and win business
  • Ensuring compliance, best practice, and exceptional client service at all times
  • Overseeing marketing, recruitment, and overall office performance
About You
  • A proven senior sales leader within Prime or Central London residential property
  • Commercially driven, highly organised, and inspirational in leadership style
  • Strong track record of growing market share and developing top talent
  • Excellent communicator with exceptional client management skills
