An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established, high-performing property company in the City of London as Head of Property Management and Tenancy Services. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the Property Management and Tenancy Services team.
- Ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction at all times.
- Oversee compliance, audits, and adherence to regulations and internal standards.
- Handle client escalations and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor performance metrics (KPIs and SLAs) and drive consistent improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- Support training, mentoring, and professional development across the team.
- Collaborate with lettings management to streamline processes and enhance results.
- Proven experience leading a property management or lettings operations team.
- Strong understanding of tenancy progression and property management legislation.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and organisational skills.
- Confident decision-maker with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- NFoPP Level 3 Technical Award (or equivalent qualification).
- IT proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Minimum A-level education or equivalent.
