Salary: £35,000 basic + £80,000 OTE

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Fulham lettings branch
  • Drive performance across lettings, valuations, listings, and negotiations
  • Motivate and develop a high-performing team to exceed targets
  • Manage client relationships and maintain the agency’s exceptional reputation
  • Ensure all lettings compliance and processes are followed accurately
  • Contribute to the continued growth and profitability of the branch
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in residential lettings at manager or senior negotiator level
  • Strong knowledge of the Fulham and surrounding South West London market
  • Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • High attention to detail with excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A results-driven mindset and strong track record in winning instructions
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
