Key Responsibilities:
- Lettings Coordination: Manage enquiries, book viewings, oversee compliance, and provide administrative support to the lettings team
- Negotiation: Carry out viewings, liaise with landlords and tenants, and help progress and close lettings deals
- Business Development: Identify new landlord opportunities, nurture leads, and help grow the local property portfolio
- Marketing & Social Media: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, create engaging content, and manage the agency’s online presence (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Client Relationship Management: Deliver excellent customer service, represent the brand with professionalism, and build long-term relationships
- Minimum 2 years of experience in lettings, marketing, or a related property role
- Strong knowledge of lettings processes and compliance
- Creative mindset with experience in digital marketing and content creation
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and commercially aware
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car is desirable
