Are you an ambitious property professional with a flair for marketing and a passion for lettings? We’re looking for a confident and capable Lettings Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to join a top-performing London agency based in Southfields.
This is a multifaceted role that blends coordination, negotiation, business development, marketing, and social media — ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lettings Coordination: Manage enquiries, book viewings, oversee compliance, and provide administrative support to the lettings team
  • Negotiation: Carry out viewings, liaise with landlords and tenants, and help progress and close lettings deals
  • Business Development: Identify new landlord opportunities, nurture leads, and help grow the local property portfolio
  • Marketing & Social Media: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, create engaging content, and manage the agency’s online presence (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Client Relationship Management: Deliver excellent customer service, represent the brand with professionalism, and build long-term relationships
Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in lettings, marketing, or a related property role
  • Strong knowledge of lettings processes and compliance
  • Creative mindset with experience in digital marketing and content creation
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and commercially aware
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car is desirable
