Job description

If you’re a detail-obsessed organiser who loves making things run like clockwork, this could be the role for you. A busy and high-performing lettings team in Clifton is looking for a Tenancy Co-Ordinator to join their student-focused tenancy renewals and coordination department.

You’ll be supporting the renewal and coordination of a large portfolio of student and professional lets – making sure tenancies are renewed on time, all the legal bits are completed properly, and both landlords and tenants get the smooth service they’ve come to expect.

Your day-to-day will include negotiating tenancy renewals, drafting agreements, completing Right to Rent checks, setting up Rent & Legal Protection policies, and supporting with deposit returns. It’s fast-paced, varied, and calls for someone who can balance accuracy with a proactive approach.

While previous experience in lettings or property would be helpful, it’s not essential. What really matters is your organisation, communication, and ability to stay on top of multiple tasks at once. You’ll need to be confident managing negotiations, solving problems quickly, and keeping stakeholders informed every step of the way. If you’ve got a good eye for compliance, excellent time management, and the ability to work independently while supporting a close-knit team, you’ll thrive here.

You’ll earn a £26,000 basic salary, with OTE of £28,000+ thanks to a pooled commission structure and additional earnings for individual contributions. You’ll also get 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, hybrid working three days per month from home, and access to industry qualifications and regular social events as part of a vibrant and supportive culture.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 5.30pm – no weekends
