HEAD OF CLIENT ACCOUNTS
South West London
Salary: Up to £60k DOE
An exciting opportunity to join our successful client in an integral capacity as HEAD OF CLIENT ACCOUNTS and play a key role in supporting the operational teams in driving forward the strategic ambitions for the company.
As the HEAD OF CLIENT ACCOUNTS, your purpose is to take full responsibility of the client accounting operation and business finances. You will be expected to be leading, growing, and managing the accounting team and supporting employees at all levels whilst supporting the values and the vision of the company. Whilst the focus of this role is on financial accounting and compliance, the role will be also responsible for assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes, implementing systems, and financial controls across all aspects of the organisation’s activities.

The ideal candidate:
- Minimum of 3 years working in a similar role within estate agency
- Qualified ACA/ACCA or CIMA
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Office and Xero/Sage Line 50 as well as ReapIT or other similar letting agency software
- Thorough knowledge in all aspects of property related accounts processes
- Structured, disciplined, energetic and committed to individual and company improvement
- Analytical and confident with data analysis
- Oversee all financial aspects of the company and client accounts
- Provide support to the business managers and manage the day to day tasks for the finance and lettings accounts team
- Provide support, guidance, coaching and development to the accounts department and other departments as required
- Prepare weekly and monthly management reports
- Prepare payroll workings
- Handle bank reconciliations and finalised monthly for company accounts
- Review bank accounts and cash flow
- Handle management accounts review data
