The Role A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Estate Agent Negotiator looking for more variety, responsibility, and earning potential.

You’ll:

• Match buyers and tenants with the right properties
• Arrange and conduct standout viewings
• Negotiate offers and progress deals through to completion
• Support valuations and help win new instructions
• Deliver excellent customer service while spotting new business opportunities

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 1 year’s estate agency experience (Sales, Lettings, or both)
• Confident negotiator with strong client relationship skills
• Excellent communication, resilience, and initiative

• Realistic OTE: £35,000–£45,000
• Hours: Mon–Fri 9:00–5:30 | Alternate Sat 9:00–1:00
