Customer Success Manager
£37,000 base + OTE £47,000
Full-Time | Permanent | London | Hybrid (3 office / 2 WFH)
We're recruiting for a high-growth, market-leading property data and network platform, seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join their dynamic Sales & Account Management team.
This is a relationship-driven role focused on subscriber satisfaction, engagement and long-term retention. You'll manage the full client journey—from onboarding and training to renewals, account development and community events—ensuring every user sees clear value and remains fully engaged with the platform.

What We're Looking For
A proactive, people-focused professional with experience in customer success, account management or client services—ideally within central London property or a B2B subscription environment. You'll be confident presenting, highly organised, and able to manage a varied workload while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Strong communication skills and CRM experience (preferably HubSpot) are essential. A background in estate agency or property is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored training and onboarding sessions (in person and remotely)
- Build strong relationships across an established subscriber base
- Monitor usage, identify at-risk accounts and implement retention strategies
- Manage renewals and drive high contract-renewal rates
- Support and coordinate member events and engagement initiatives
- Act as a key point of contact, resolving queries and gathering feedback
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align communication and outreach
- Consistently meet retention KPIs and contribute to revenue growth
