Business Development Representative (BDR)

£32,000 + OTE £55,000

Full-Time | Permanent | London | Hybrid (3 office / 2 WFH)
 
I'm recruiting for a confident, outgoing Business Development Representative to join a leading B2B platform within the prime property sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on generating new business, building relationships, and driving revenue growth from the very first conversation.
 
The Role
You'll be responsible for identifying, engaging and qualifying prospective clients through proactive outbound outreach as well as managing inbound enquiries. Working closely with the Sales Director, you'll book appointments, progress leads to SQL status, and contribute to a strong and consistent sales pipeline.
This position also supports the wider Sales and Account Management team with admin, reporting, and ensuring the CRM (HubSpot) is maintained to a high standard.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, contact and qualify new business opportunities
  • Manage inbound leads and assess suitability
  • Communicate product value clearly and confidently
  • Book meetings and demos for senior sales leaders
  • Engage with UK and international prospects
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot)
  • Support sales and marketing campaigns and wider team activity
  • Meet and exceed outreach and qualification targets
Who we are looking for?

A driven, articulate communicator with experience in business development, telesales or lead generation. You'll be organised, detail-orientated and used to working in a fast-paced, target-led environment.
Property or B2B experience is a strong advantage, and additional languages are always welcome.
