Estate Agency Sales Manager
We're looking for an experienced Estate Agency Sales Manager to lead our residential sales team and drive instructions, conversions and completions. If you know how to win business, lead from the front and keep a pipeline moving without excuses or drama, this could be the role for you.
The Role
This is a hands-on position where you'll take ownership of valuations, sales progression, team performance and day-to-day branch operations. You'll make sure the fundamentals are always done properly: consistent follow-up, accurate pricing advice, strong negotiation and a service that keeps clients recommending us.
Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out market appraisals and convert valuations into instructions
  • Lead, coach and motivate the sales team
  • Plan and manage the team diary to maximise appointments and productivity
  • Set, track and manage KPIs to ensure targets are consistently hit
  • Oversee sales progression from offer through to completion
  • Support and enhance marketing activity to generate new business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers and local partners
  • Ensure compliance, high service standards and accurate documentation
  • Confidently manage complex chains and negotiations
About You
  • Proven experience in estate agency sales management
  • Strong track record of winning instructions
  • Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
  • Natural leader who can motivate, develop and get results from a team
  • Highly organised, with a strong focus on diary management and time efficiency
  • Proactive and calm under pressure
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and modern estate agency processes
  • Full UK driving licence
