Job Title: Branch Manager
Location: Portsmouth - Hampshire
On Target Earnings (OTE): £50,000 - £60,000

About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced, driven Branch Manager to lead our flagship office. You'll be responsible for driving growth, managing a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced, competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales and lettings professionals to exceed targets.
Drive branch profitability through effective business development and client management.
Oversee all branch operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and outstanding customer service.
Manage and nurture key client relationships, both new and existing.
Implement marketing strategies to grow market share and brand reputation.
Monitor local market trends, competitor activity, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Recruit, train, and retain top talent for the branch.
Report on branch performance to senior management, using data to drive improvement.

About You:

Proven experience in estate agency, with a strong track record at Branch Manager or Senior Negotiator/Valuer level.
Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams.
Excellent knowledge of the local property market.
Commercially astute, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Organised, proactive, and able to thrive under pressure.
Full UK driving licence.
