Outstanding role for a current Branch Manager looking for a step up to Area Sales Manager covering 3 branches in South West London.

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for boosting business performance and profitability in their assigned 3 branches by meeting sales targets, leading and motivating their staff, and ensuring compliance with company standards. They'll be held accountable for achieving branch KPIs and individual targets, while maintaining company systems and standards throughout their branches

Basic £40,000 DOE
3 Branches - Streatham/Southfields/Balham
Top Independent Estate Agency
Current Strong Sales Branch Manager/Area Sales Manager
Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm
Saturday 1 in 3
Day in Lieu for Saturdays worked

Experience:
• Proven experience within a either an estate agency or residential lettings agency.
• Experience within a multi-site, sales performance environment.
• Competent in the application of the law and regulations as they appertain to property sales and lettings management.
• Proven ability of managing lettings or sales teams, preferably multi-site environment.
