Account Manager
Location: Remote & Field-Based | Midlands
Salary: £26,000 basic
OTE: £50,000 – £55,000 (Uncapped Commission)

We’re hiring an Account Manager to join a fast-growing business in the PropTech space. This is a business in true scale-up mode. The opportunity is big, the territory is yours, and success is rewarded.
  
The Role
This is a hybrid role combining account management and new business generation. You’ll grow and reactivate existing accounts, while consistently opening new relationships through referrals, outreach, and face-to-face activity across the Midlands.
  
You’ll be trusted to run your patch, build your pipeline, and create momentum - with strong support, great tools, and a genuinely uncapped commission structure.
  
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Building trusted, long-term relationships.
  • Driving increased engagement, activity, and referral volume from existing partners.
  • Reactivating dormant accounts through proactive, value-led conversations.
  • Generating your own leads and securing introductions both online and in person.
  • Running regular check-ins to understand partner goals and remove blockers.
  • Spotting trends and opportunities to maximise partner performance and loyalty.
  • Managing your pipeline, activity, and performance through HubSpot.
  • Representing the business at industry events, exhibitions, and networking evenings.
  
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within property, conveyancing, PropTech, or financial services.
  • A natural relationship builder with commercial instinct and competitive drive.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and owning a regional territory.
  • Strong organisation, follow-up discipline, and pipeline management skills.
  • CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
