Location: Manchester (Hybrid)
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 basic
OTE: £40,000

The Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the trusted partner for your clients - owning relationships end-to-end, driving product adoption, and uncovering opportunities to grow accounts.
  
This role blends customer success, commercial thinking, and tech confidence. You’ll work closely with customers to ensure they’re getting real value from the platform, while identifying upsell opportunities that support both their goals and business growth.
  
  
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Build and manage strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact, delivering a first-class customer experience.
  • Run regular check-ins, training sessions, and strategic reviews.
  • Drive adoption and engagement by proactively analysing usage and performance.
  • Identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Support onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new clients.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to resolve issues and shape improvements.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and new product features to position yourself as a trusted expert.
  
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in account management, customer success, or sales, ideally within SaaS, PropTech, or Property
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a genuine focus on client outcomes.
  • Commercial awareness and confidence identifying growth opportunities.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and data to inform decisions.
  • Interest in technology and the challenges facing the property industry.
