Account Executive
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in the office)
Salary: £50,000 base
OTE: £95,000 (Uncapped Commission)

The Role
This is a true 360 Account Executive role. You’ll own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and qualification through to demo, negotiation, and close.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning the full sales cycle from first contact to signed deal.
- Actively sourcing leads via cold calling, LinkedIn, research, events, and referrals.
- Running discovery calls to understand customer needs and articulate clear value.
- Building strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in estate agencies.
- Delivering engaging software demos (with support where needed).
- Handling objections confidently and creatively to keep deals moving.
- Managing your pipeline, activity, and forecasts in HubSpot.
- Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product to sharpen messaging and targeting.
- A hungry, self-motivated salesperson who enjoys winning new business.
- Resilient and tenacious - you’re comfortable cold calling and hearing “no.”
- Coachable and curious, with a genuine desire to improve and learn.
- Commercially aware - you take time to understand the industry you’re selling into.
- Confident communicator who can lead professional sales conversations with senior stakeholders.
Within 1 month:
- Fully onboarded and confident with the product and sales process.
- Actively prospecting and generating early opportunities.
- Managing a healthy, qualified pipeline.
- Confidently pitching, handling objections, and hitting activity targets.
- Closing deals and hitting revenue targets.
- Becoming a trusted, high-impact member of the sales team.
- Engaging senior stakeholders with confidence and industry credibility.
