Trainee Sales Negotiator
Location: Staines-upon-Thames 
Salary: Competitive basic + OTE £30,000 - £50,000

A well-established and highly successful independent estate agency is seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Sales Negotiator to join its busy and high-performing Staines branch.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong sales background who is looking to enter estate agency and build a long-term career in property, with structured training, clear progression, and strong earning potential.
 
The Role

• Registering and qualifying applicants
• Conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Working towards and exceeding agreed sales targets
• Delivering a professional and proactive customer experience

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 2 years' sales experience (estate agency experience not required)
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Target-driven, energetic, and motivated
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, proactive attitude
• Must live within a 20-minute drive of the Staines–upon-Thames

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
