About the Role :

Join a successful property agency in Andover as a Senior Negotiator. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property professional to progress their career with a competitive OTE of up to £40,000.

Key Responsibilities

Register and qualify applicants, matching them to suitable properties
Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance to clients
Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors to achieve the best outcome
Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation

Requirements

Experience as a Sales Negotiator or Senior Negotiator in residential estate agency
Strong knowledge of the Andover property market is desirable
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
Professional qualifications (e.g., ARLA, NAEA) are a plus but not essential
