Job description
My client is looking for a TENANCY MANAGER
Someone who can oversee tenancy compliance, deposits, renewals, general office and administration tasks - this role isn't property management.
Below is a list of jobs that will be required for the role of Tenancy Manager: -
Create, prepare and amend notices, contracts, literature for publication and web publication, standard letters (using mail merge) Jupix (property management) software application
Manage safety certificates and all tenancy related documents including recording sent and receipted prescribed documents
Communicate with Landlords and Tenants to; negotiate tenancy terms/renewal terms, landlord fees, arrange repairs, assist with management of rent arrears and end of tenancy procedures
Manage landlord fees (issue invoices, receipts and statements)
Instruct contractors and manage invoice payments
Provide advice/support regarding legislative requirements and procedures
Utility liability management
Manage and oversee Inventory/checkout reports
Tenancy Deposit Management (From submission through to dispute resolution)
Manage right to rent checks
General office duties such as managing office supplies, book-keeping, banking and accounting including petty cash, electronic file maintenance, maintaining and updating key operating systems and devices, web updates etc., deal with daily correspondence, emails, telephone callers and visitors
It is a Monday to Friday role, 9am to 5pm
