TeleSales Manager
Location: Remote (with occasional in-person meetings in Derby & London)
Salary: £34,000 basic
OTE: £60,000 – £70,000 (uncapped)

You’ll be joining a high-growth B2C lead generation business operating at the heart of the UK home-moving market. Through a portfolio of comparison platforms, this business connects consumers with the best deals across conveyancing, removals, surveying, and related services - at scale.
Now, they’re looking for an exceptional TeleSales Manager to take ownership of an inbound sales function, drive conversion, and build a high-performing team that consistently exceeds targets.
The Role
As TeleSales Manager, you’ll lead from the front.
You’ll be responsible for motivating, coaching, and managing a telesales team handling high-intent inbound conveyancing leads, while also maximising cross-sell opportunities across the wider home-moving journey.

What You’ll Own
- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing telesales team to consistently exceed targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and call quality assessments.
- Monitor call utilisation, conversion rates, and KPIs using telephony and CRM systems.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive weekly and monthly performance.
- Optimise lead conversion processes to maximise revenue across the team.
- Train new and existing team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and conveyancing processes.
- Ensure professional, compliant, and high-quality customer interactions at all times.
- Analyse sales data and produce reports and forecasts for senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement through insight, innovation, and strong leadership.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in a TeleSales Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong background in telesales or contact centre environments (conveyancing, property, or legal sectors highly desirable).
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and performance-manage sales teams.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales reporting.
- A genuine obsession with improving customer experience and conversion.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Strong organisation, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Confident, tech-savvy, and proactive in improving systems and processes.
