Business Development Manager
Location: Remote
Salary: £27,000 basic
OTE: £45,000 – £60,000

What You’ll Be Doing
- Making outbound B2B sales calls using warm and cold leads.
- Managing and growing a portfolio of clients to maximise lifetime value.
- Handling inbound enquiries from prospects within your portfolio.
- Delivering consistently high levels of customer service.
- Understanding client needs and confidently pitching features and benefits.
- Owning your monthly sales KPIs, revenue targets, and call volumes.
- Accurately logging all activity, conversations, and next steps in the CRM.
