Responsibilities for the Residential Valuer role:

Property Valuations: Conduct comprehensive valuations of residential properties, including detached houses, semi-detached houses, flats, and maisonettes.
Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with local market trends and conditions to ensure accurate valuations.
Client Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with clients throughout the valuation process.
Report Writing: Prepare detailed and accurate valuation reports that meet industry standards and client requirements.
Negotiation: Assist clients in negotiating property prices and terms.
Compliance: Adhere to all relevant industry regulations and standards.

Skills & Experience for this Residential Valuer role:

Relevant experience in residential property valuation.
Membership of a recognized professional body (e.g., RICS, NAEA).
Strong knowledge of the Harlow property market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using valuation software and technology.

Salary & Benefits for this Residential Valuer role:

Basic Salary circa £27,000 DOE, and OTE of £36,000
