Basic Salary up to £35,000 + Commission

We’re looking for a Lettings Manager to join a well-established and respected estate agency in Colchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and confident individual to take ownership of the lettings department, grow the portfolio, and lead from the front.

Day-to-day responsibilities:
  • Managing and growing the lettings portfolio
  • Driving new business and building long-term landlord relationships
  • Valuing rental properties and winning new instructions
  • Overseeing the lettings process from start to finish
  • Leading and mentoring the lettings team
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and legislation
The ideal candidate:
  • Proven experience as a Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator
  • Strong local knowledge of the Colchester rental market
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Target-driven with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
