Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a pipeline of buyers and vendors, ensuring smooth progression of all sales.
- Conduct valuations, viewings, and negotiations to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
- Assist in the day-to-day management of the branch, deputising for the Sales Manager when needed.
- Mentor and support junior sales negotiators to achieve their targets.
- Drive business growth through networking, canvassing, and building long-term client relationships.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance at all times.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in residential property sales.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
- Confident in valuations, winning instructions, and closing deals.
- Ambitious, driven, and commercially minded.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Full UK driving licence and own car.
- Good knowledge of Streatham and surrounding areas (highly desirable).
- Basic salary £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
- Uncapped OTE £70,000+ with a brilliant commission structure.
