The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality professional services to their clients, with a particular focus on commercial sales, lettings, valuations, and lease advisory work.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and developing a portfolio of commercial properties across Norfolk and surrounding areas
- Undertaking valuations, lease renewals, rent reviews, and other professional services
- Advising clients on investment opportunities and market trends
- Handling sales and lettings instructions, from initial appraisal to completion
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring the highest levels of service and professionalism
- Supporting the growth and profile of the Commercial department within the local market
We are looking for a commercially astute professional with:
- A proven track record in commercial property, ideally within Norfolk or neighbouring regions
- RICS or MRICS qualification (preferred, but strong experience will also be considered)
- Excellent knowledge of the commercial property market and current legislation
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- A proactive and professional approach with a drive to deliver results
