Lettings Manager - Independent Estate Agency (Islington)
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 10am-4pm (with one day off in lieu)
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 (DOE) + Pension

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the lettings department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage and motivate the lettings team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Drive new business opportunities and maximise instructions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Ensure compliance with lettings legislation and company policies.
- Conduct valuations, market appraisals, and oversee property marketing.
- Monitor tenancy progression from start to finish, including renewals.
- Report regularly to senior management on performance and KPIs.
- Minimum 3-4 years' lettings experience, with at least 1 year in a senior or managerial role.
- Proven record of hitting and exceeding lettings targets.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Strong local market knowledge (Islington/central London experience desirable).
- Highly organised, confident, and commercially focused.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Good IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
- Competitive salary of £35,000 - £50,000 DOE.
