Our client is searching for a results-driven Lettings Manager who can grow business and maintain and increase a strong portfolio. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

• Lead, coach and develop a team of ambitious negotiators
• Drive market share through proactive business generation
• Conduct successful valuations and win instructions
• Manage team performance through structured meetings and KPIs

• Proven success in letting valuations and fee winning
• Ambitious with a desire to lead and earn
• Full UK driving licence
• Leadership ability and commercial mindset
