As a Lettings Negotiator, you’ll play a key role in driving new business, matching tenants with their ideal homes, and delivering the outstanding service the company is known for. • Basic salary: £21,000 – £23,000
• Year 1 OTE: £30,000
• Year 2 OTE: £34,000 – £36,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Register and qualify applicants, matching them to suitable properties
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional, engaging tours
• Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants
• Generate new business opportunities through networking and proactive outreach
• Support the smooth running of the lettings process from enquiry to move-in
• Maintain accurate records on the CRM system

About You:

• Previous lettings or property experience preferred (but strong sales/customer service background also considered)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
• Driven, motivated, and target-focused
• Strong team player with a positive, proactive attitude
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
