Head of Lettings - Fulham

Salary: £35,000 Basic | £85,000 OTE | Industry-Leading Commission

We are looking for an experienced and driven Head of Lettings to lead our Fulham branch. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of London's most successful estate agencies, offering excellent earning potential and significant career progression.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the lettings team to achieve and exceed targets
• Drive new business opportunities and grow market share in Fulham
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors
• Oversee valuations, viewings, negotiations, and deal progression
• Ensure full compliance with lettings legislation and industry standards
• Report directly to senior management on performance and results

About You
The ideal candidate will:

• Have proven experience as a Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator
• Be a strong leader with excellent team management skills
• Demonstrate a track record of winning instructions and growing market share
• Be commercially minded, ambitious, and target-driven
• Have strong knowledge of the London lettings market
