This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced Senior Negotiator based in Yealmpton, Devon.
 
This Senior Sales Negotiator role is with a trusted firm of Rural Professionals, Chartered Surveyors, Estate Agents, and Rural Planners, located in the picturesque South Hams area of Devon.
The team are looking to appoint an experienced individual to join their already successful residential sales team.
 
The Role
You will be responsible for managing the full sales process from instruction through to completion, delivering exceptional service to vendors and buyers alike.


Key responsibilities include:
  • Registering and qualifying applicants
  • Booking and conducting viewings
  • Negotiating offers and securing sales
  • Progressing sales through to exchange and completion
  • Building strong relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Assisting with market appraisals and winning instructions
  • Working closely with colleagues to drive overall branch performance
Expectations 
  • Solid experience in property negotiations and sales transactions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Competence in market research, property analysis, and using digital tools for property listings and sales data.
  • Proficiency in time management, organization, and multitasking to handle concurrent transactions efficiently.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel locally as needed.
  • Professional and approachable demeanor with a focus on delivering results.
  • Previous experience in estate agency or property services industry is highly desirable.
  • A relevant qualification in estate agency, or a related field is advantageous.
