Mortgage & Protection Adviser – Reading (Just off M4)

Basic salary up to £35,000 with uncapped commission and quarterly bonuses
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join a highly regarded, lead-rich business based just outside Reading, with easy access from the M4 corridor.

This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys building genuine relationships with clients and guiding them through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. You will benefit from a strong and consistent flow of high-quality leads, generated through a mixture of the company’s established back book, web enquiries and remote satellite accounts, allowing you to focus on what you do best — advising and converting.

The role will see you speaking with clients to fully understand their mortgage and protection requirements, offering tailored and compliant advice across a wide range of lenders and products. You will support buyers throughout the homeownership journey, helping simplify what can often feel like a complex and daunting process, while ensuring clients are appropriately protected financially. Staying current with lender criteria, product updates and market changes will be a key part of maintaining the high advisory standards expected.
The successful candidate must hold CeMAP (or equivalent) and have previous experience in a mortgage advisory role. You will be a natural communicator who enjoys dealing with people, alongside being organised, self-driven and comfortable managing your own pipeline and workload.

In return, our client offers a competitive basic salary of up to £35,000, uncapped commission structure, quarterly bonus incentives and flexible hybrid working arrangements.
