The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Mortgage Adviser (Mortgage & Protection) to join a well-established and growing business with a strong, consistent flow of leads.
You'll be servicing a mix of remote estate agency accounts, warm web-generated enquiries, and a long-standing client back book built up over the last 13 years — meaning you're not starting from scratch.
This is a remote-based position, with quarterly meetings and occasional training/support sessions in Reading, so applicants must live within a 2-hour commute of Reading.
With high-quality leads and full admin support, advisers regularly achieve an OTE of £70,000+, with genuine scope to exceed this.

What You'll Be Doing
- Advising clients on mortgages and associated protection products
- Managing and converting leads from:
- Remote estate agency partner accounts
- Web and PPC-generated enquiries
- An established back book of existing clients
- Responding quickly to new leads and maintaining structured follow-up until contact is made
- Nurturing clients through the full journey from initial enquiry to completion
- Working closely with administrators to progress cases efficiently to offer and completion
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and partner accounts
- Accurately updating the CRM and lead tracking systems
- Attending regular team meetings (remote) and quarterly meetings in Reading
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser (CAS preferred)
- Strong conversion and client relationship skills
- Confidence working remotely and managing your own pipeline
- A proactive, organised approach to lead management
- Commitment to compliance and internal processes
- Ability to attend quarterly meetings and occasional training in Reading (within 2 hours commute)
- OTE £65,000+ (uncapped earning potential)
