Location: Fully remote with occasional travel to Richmond (up to 4 times per year)
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
Salary: £52,000 per annum + quarterly bonuses

About the Role Rayner Personnel are delighted to be representing our client in their search for a proactive and detail‑focused Conveyancer to join their expanding team. This is a fully remote, high‑volume role where you will manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions while delivering an exceptional client experience.
You'll play an integral part in ensuring efficient case progression and upholding the high service standards our client is known for.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an outstanding level of customer service while working to performance targets in a fast‑paced, volume-driven environment
  • Manage a varied caseload of residential transactions, including Leasehold, Remortgage, New Build, and Shared Ownership matters
  • Progress cases promptly and accurately in line with company processes and expectations
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to support seamless case handling
  • Maintain up‑to‑date and accurate case records via the client's customer portal (Hoolwa), ensuring compliance with SLAs and regulatory standards
  • Handle client queries, calls, and complaints professionally, escalating where appropriate
  • Identify and maximise revenue opportunities within conveyancing services
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and CLC guidelines
  • Provide daily updates on the status and progression of cases
  • Support and encourage positive client feedback across platforms such as Trustpilot and Google Reviews
Qualifications, Skills & ExperienceRequired:
  • Ability to travel to the client's head office in Richmond (London) up to four times per year
  • Previous experience working within a volume conveyancing environment
  • Approximately 5 years' post-qualified experience in residential conveyancing (or equivalent), with the capability to manage a high-volume, mixed caseload with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive, organised approach to case progression
  • Demonstrable success working within a high-volume conveyancing firm
  • Strong time-management and multitasking skills
  • Confident using case management systems and Microsoft Office
  • In-depth experience across a range of transaction types, including Shared Ownership, New Build, Auction, and Leasehold
Preferred (Not Essential):
  • CLC qualification
