Location: Fully remote with occasional travel to Richmond (up to 4 times per year)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
Salary: £52,000 per annum + quarterly bonuses
About the Role Rayner Personnel are delighted to be representing our client in their search for a proactive and detail‑focused Conveyancer to join their expanding team. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding level of customer service while working to performance targets in a fast‑paced, volume-driven environment
- Manage a varied caseload of residential transactions, including Leasehold, Remortgage, New Build, and Shared Ownership matters
- Progress cases promptly and accurately in line with company processes and expectations
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to support seamless case handling
- Maintain up‑to‑date and accurate case records via the client's customer portal (Hoolwa), ensuring compliance with SLAs and regulatory standards
- Handle client queries, calls, and complaints professionally, escalating where appropriate
- Identify and maximise revenue opportunities within conveyancing services
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and CLC guidelines
- Provide daily updates on the status and progression of cases
- Support and encourage positive client feedback across platforms such as Trustpilot and Google Reviews
- Ability to travel to the client's head office in Richmond (London) up to four times per year
- Previous experience working within a volume conveyancing environment
- Approximately 5 years' post-qualified experience in residential conveyancing (or equivalent), with the capability to manage a high-volume, mixed caseload with minimal supervision
- Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive, organised approach to case progression
- Demonstrable success working within a high-volume conveyancing firm
- Strong time-management and multitasking skills
- Confident using case management systems and Microsoft Office
- In-depth experience across a range of transaction types, including Shared Ownership, New Build, Auction, and Leasehold
- CLC qualification
