�� EXPERIENCED Protection Adviser - Remote Accounts, Client Servicing & Web Leads

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Protection Adviser to service a strong flow of introduced leads across remote estate agency accounts, web-generated enquiries and an established back-book of existing clients.
This is a high-quality, lead-rich role suited to an adviser who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is committed to delivering strong performance across both mortgage and protection services.
Please note: applicants must be based within a 2-hour commute of Reading.
LEAD SOURCES INCLUDE:
- Remote estate agency accounts (introduced business)
- Web-generated leads (company website and paid PPC leads)
- Existing client bank built over the past 13 years
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage and service leads within agreed timeframes, ensuring consistent follow-up until contact is made
- Achieve minimum performance standards across written business, conversion rates, protection penetration, average case size and peripheral sales
- Build strong and effective relationships with designated stakeholder accounts
- Adhere fully to SAFS and MAB processes and all compliance guidelines
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to all leads promptly and within set SLA timeframes
- Maintain regular client contact and nurture prospects until they are ready to proceed
- Accurately log all leads on the MBA Midas system and keep the lead tracker updated
- Collaborate with team members to ensure full account coverage, particularly during holidays or absence
- Attend weekly account team meetings
- Work closely with administrators to progress cases through to offer, exchange and completion
- Deliver consistently against business KPIs and performance metrics
PROTECTION RESPONSIBILITIES (IF MORTGAGE ONLY ROLE)
- Encourage all clients to undertake a protection review
- Follow the full protection process in line with company expectations
- Work collaboratively with the Protection Adviser, including fortnightly meetings, to ensure clients are adequately covered or fully advised on any shortfalls

- Experienced Mortgage or Mortgage & Protection Adviser
- Strong client servicing and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with excellent follow-up discipline
- Performance-driven and commercially aware
- Comfortable working remotely while remaining within 2 hours of Reading
- Compliant and process-focused
