Senior Sales Negotiator
Chelmsford, Essex

An established and well-respected estate agency in Chelmsford is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their successful residential sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven negotiator who enjoys winning business, progressing sales, and playing a key role in a high-performing office.
The Role

The Role

Key responsibilities include:
- Registering and qualifying applicants
- Booking and conducting viewings
- Negotiating offers and securing sales
- Progressing sales through to exchange and completion
- Building strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Assisting with market appraisals and winning instructions
- Working closely with colleagues to drive overall branch performance
- Minimum 2 years' experience in residential sales (Senior Negotiator level or strong Negotiator ready to step up)
- Confident, professional, and target-driven
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Well-presented with a customer-first mindset
- Full UK driving licence and own car preferred
- Salary up to £30,000 basic plus commission
- Uncapped earning potential
