The Role As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you’ll play a key role in driving residential property sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and maintaining the company’s excellent standing in the community. You’ll work closely with an experienced and supportive team, taking ownership of your portfolio and contributing to the continued growth and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and progress a portfolio of sales from instruction through to completion
  • Conduct property viewings and confidently negotiate offers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and colleagues
  • Generate new business opportunities and promote company services
  • Provide outstanding customer service and uphold professional standards at all times
  • Achieve and exceed individual and branch sales targets
About You
  • Proven track record in residential sales – ideally as a Senior Negotiator or an experienced Sales Negotiator ready to step up
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Highly motivated with a proactive, results-driven approach
  • Strong local market knowledge of Diss and surrounding areas (advantageous)
  • Full UK driving licence and use of own car
Salary & Benefits
  • Basic salary: £24,000 – £26,000 (dependent on experience)
  • On Target Earnings: £35,000 – £45,000
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday: 8:45am – 5:30pm
  • Every other Saturday: 9:00am – 4:00pm (with a day off in lieu, ensuring a 5-day working week)
