Sales Manager – Tadworth, Surrey
On target earnings: £60,000
Basic Salary: £32,000
Working Pattern: 5 days per week (alternate weekends, with day off in lieu)

The Role
- Take full responsibility for branch performance, listings, and sales progression.
- Develop and execute a strategy to grow the branch into a premium, county homes-style operation.
- Lead from the front — listing, negotiating, and winning instructions through skill and reputation.
- Build strong community relationships and elevate the brand in the local and upper-tier property markets.
- Motivate and mentor a small, ambitious team to deliver outstanding results.
- Experienced estate agent with strong instruction-winning ability.
