Salary: £28,000 Basic | £60,000 OTE | Full-time
 
Are you a driven, ambitious lettings professional ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join the UK's top independent estate agency in the heart of Marylebone - one of London's most prestigious and competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value rental properties
• Conduct viewings, valuations, and negotiations with tenants and landlords
• Proactively source new instructions and build long-term landlord relationships
• Deliver outstanding customer service while achieving and exceeding lettings targets
• Support and mentor junior negotiators to ensure team success

About You:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in lettings, ideally within Central London
• Proven track record of exceeding lettings targets
• Confident, persuasive, and highly motivated with excellent negotiation skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• In-depth understanding of compliance and tenancy regulations
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
