Key Responsibilities

• Register, qualify, and match applicants to suitable rental properties.
• Conduct property viewings and deliver a high standard of client service.
• Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
• Support the lettings team in achieving branch targets and business objectives.
• Contribute to marketing activities and promote new instructions across digital channels.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience within lettings, ideally at Negotiator or Senior Negotiator level.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident, professional, and highly organised approach.
• Excellent local knowledge of the Plymouth property market.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
