Job Title: Senior Lettings & Manager
Location: Guildford, Surrey
Hours: 40 per week, Monday - Friday

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and people-focused Senior Lettings Manager to take charge of a brand-new, modern rental development. It is a long term position with excellent future career growth potential, and opportunities. This role is all about maximising occupancy, driving revenue, and creating an exceptional resident experience through outstanding service and community engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Lead on lettings, ensuring high occupancy and minimal void periods
• Deliver exceptional customer service that drives lease-ups, renewals, and referrals
• Input into and execute marketing initiatives to support lettings and income targets
• Monitor performance metrics and adapt strategies to hit KPIs
• Manage arrears, renewals, and compliance processes where required
• Lead, develop, and motivate the onsite lettings and community team
• Build strong local partnerships and enhance the building’s reputation in the community

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record in lettings, co-living, PBSA, build-to-rent, residential property
• Results-driven, with experience working to KPIs and delivering revenue growth
• Strong sales skills, with the ability to forecast, analyse and adapt
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to inspire teams and engage residents
• Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities
• Creative flair for community events and initiatives
• Experience using property management software and Microsoft Office
